Lassi

Refreshing Yogurt Drink from the Punjab
Serves 4

Preparation time: 10 mins

Ingredients:
2½ cups plain yogurt
½ cup milk
6 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons rose water
1 cup ice, crushed

Method
Blend all ingredients except ice in blender until smooth.  Add crushed ice and serve in tall glasses.  Spoon out foam from blender onto top of lassi in glass.

Serve chilled in tall glasses.
