The best Indian cookbook out there!!!,June 17, 2007

I recently purchased this book and highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in cooking or just wants to whip up a quick meal! It has EVERYTHING - pantry stocking suggestions, lists to take to the grocery store, menus, and great recipes!!! The recipes are easy to follow and there are pictures of every dish! Buy this book for yourself and as gifts for your friends!

Easy to Follow and Complete Indian Cookbook, June 26, 2007

I borrowed this book from a co-worker. After flipping through a couple of pages, I fell in love with the book right away and decided to get my own copy. I always wanted to try to cook Indian dishes but did not know where to start since I was not very familiar with Indian cooking methods or spices. Each recipe in "From Mom with Love" walks me through simple yet precise steps to cook, what kitchenware to use, and serving suggestions to serve a complete meal. It is easy to follow and includes a lot of tips. It takes much of guess work out of cooking unfamiliar dishes. I also love THE PANTRY-EVERYDAY ESSENTIALS CHECKLIST. In an incredibly simple table, it lists various ingredients and kichenware needed for Indian cooking and how to store them. "From Mom with Love" is very well made cookbook especially for those who loves Indian food and wants to cook Indian dishes but not sure where to start. It is one of the best cookbooks I have.
